Frequently asked questions

What is the check-in time and the check-out time?

Booked arrival time is from 16:00 to 19:00. For check-out, guests must present themselves the day before departure at the office from 08:00 to 12:00, and from 15:00 to 19:00 to settle the bill for the stay.

When is the Reception open? When is the Cash Office open?

Reception is open from 07:00 to 23:00. Cash Office is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Are dogs allowed in the campsite or the beach?

Dogs are allowed on the campsite and in the lodgings dedicated to them: ELBA PET Mobile Homes. At the time of booking it is mandatory to report the presence of your pet: the Direction reserves the right to authorize access to dog breeds considered dangerous. Camping is obligatory to keep dogs on a leash.
BEACH: Dogs are welcome even in our private beach; an equipped area is dedicated to them.

Is there free Wi-fi available in the campsite?

Wifi is available in the camping area in the reception area and in the restaurant area. It is completely free and reserved for our guests

Is the shower system coin-operated or free?

Hot and cold showers are free throughout the campsite and do not require tokens
